Sara Berkey, LPC
Owner, Therapist
Sara Berkey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in treating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Juvenile Problematic Sexual Behaviors, Mood Disorders, ADHD, and Autism. Sara has earned certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Affect Regulation Guide for Education & Therapy (TARGET).
I enjoy being able to work with individuals of all ages, walks of life, and being able to be present with them to navigate whatever challenges are in front of them during therapy. I have been on both sides of the therapy process, so I understand the complexity of the situation. When I’m not being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, supporting my local fair, crafting, and reading.
